Contacts & Lists

Organise the people you message into contact lists, so you can broadcast and automate to the right groups.

Open Contact Lists

Contact lists live under Broadcast → Contact Lists.

1. In the sidebar open Broadcast, then the Contact Lists tab.
2. Open a list and click Edit Members to add contacts (or import phone numbers).

3. Map the columns (name, phone, and any custom fields like city or plan). Custom fields can be used later as variables ({city}) in messages.

Create a contact list

1. In Contact Lists, click + New List and give it a name.
2. Add contacts to the list (from import, or by selecting existing contacts).

Tips

Clean numbers

Use full international format (e.g. 60123456789). FCT CRM checks which numbers are actually on WhatsApp before sending.

Unsubscribe & blacklist

Numbers on your unsubscribe or blacklist are skipped automatically in broadcasts.
